       Final Notice – Submission of Eligibility Queries for 8th Convocation

  •  It is hereby informed that at the time of displaying the list of ineligible students for the 8th Convocation, it was also clearly mentioned that:
  • “If any student considers himself/herself eligible as per Advertisement No. 3/2026 but finds their name in the list, they are requested to communicate the same along with supporting documents to the following email address: examquery@dcrustm.org.”
  • Accordingly, such students may submit their queries along with supporting documents only up to 12:00 noon on 03-04-2026(today) at the above-mentioned email address.
  • No queries received after the stipulated deadline will be entertained & the final list will be displayed after the above-mentioned deadline.
  • All degree recipients of DCRUST 8th Convocation are requested to check the Convocation Portal daily for the latest updates and information at : https://dcrustm.samarth.edu.in/convocation/

  • Students are advised to login to the convocation portal and download their convocation pass.

    All concerned students are advised to adhere strictly to the timeline.

  • Further, if any student considers himself/herself eligible as per Advertisement No. 3/2026 but finds their name in the list, they are requested to communicate the same along with supporting documents to the following email address: examquery@dcrustm.org

  1. The Convocation Portal is reopen for new registration for 24-25 march  till 11.59(midnight)
  2. The last date for registration is March 20, 2026, up to 5:00 p.m. The Registration fee is ₹800, payable online at the time of registration.  Registration is through online mode only (to be paid online while registering). .
  3. Rehearsal shall be held on April 5, 2026 at 3 p.m. in the Convocation Hall. It is mandatory to attend the rehearsal. Only the registered candidates will be allowed for rehearsal and the convocation.
  4. Only those candidates shall be awarded degrees in the convocation who have registered up to March 20, 2026 and have attended the rehearsal on April 5, 2026.
  5. The candidates shall observe the following dress code: Male: White Khadi kurta pajama & Female: White/Off-white Khadi (Salwar-Kameej / Saree with Golden Border).
  6. Above mentioned dress shall be procured by candidates themselves and stoles shall be provided by the University on the day of rehearsal.
  7. Colour code of stoles is Blue for Graduates, Red for Post-graduates and maroon for Ph.D. Degree recipients.
  8. Passes for entry to the Convocation Hall & Refreshment Coupons shall  be distributed to the registered candidates on 05.04.2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m at reception counter in DDU Convention Center (University Auditorium)
  9. Only those candidates shall be allowed entry in the convocation hall who have valid entry pass and have put on the prescribed dress code as mentioned at Sr. No. 4 above.
  10. The candidates shall be allotted their seats in the convocation hall at the time of rehearsal and after that no change will be allowed.
  11. Candidates shall be allowed to leave the convocation hall after the departure of the Academic Procession.
  12. The candidates shall get the refreshment after the convocation ONLY for which coupons shall be provided.
  13. The Reporting time for the Convocation on 6 april 2026 will be 9:00 a.m.
  14. Note: Only students who graduated in 2025 (UG and PG) are eligible to apply for the Convocation.
  15. Medalists who completed  their academic program in 2022,2023,2024 & 2025 and research Scholars from whom Ph.D. degree notification is issued till 18 March 2026 are eligible to receive degrees at the Convocation.
